SILHOUETTES TAROT REVIEW
It’s called The Silhouettes deck because all of the characters are silhouettes. The foreground is all black, but the background is all colours and shapes. Some of the backgrounds are just random shapes, and some are quite detailed. All of them relate to the feel of the card.
Each of the suits are a different colour: chalices are blue, pentacles are green, wands are orange/red and swords are purple. The majors are all different and apply to the card it’s self.
Most of the deck characters are people, but a lot of the pentacles and wands feature animals. The imagery itself isn’t really consistent; for example chalices starts out with, well, chalices, and then moves on to hats, for some reason. Pentacles switches between animals and people, and swords will have toys or butterflies.
SILHOUETTES TAROT DETAILS
You’re not going to get hard, cold truths from this deck. It’s sweet and gentle.
The cards are normal tarot sized, the cardstock is meh, nothing to be jealous of.The deck comes in a tuck box with a little white book, of which is really quite useless. It’s pretty much just the same keywords you would find for any deck. The boxes come numbered with which deck you have in that edition.
