Gendron Tarot Gendron Tarot has 78 cards of “visionary surrealism” that are spiritual, vibrant, and somewhat New Age art. The quality of the artwork isn’t great The major arcana feature beautiful and intricate designs however the minor cards are more clearly photo-composites, and many have an oddly pink-colored casting. The Gendron Tarot is an absolutely stunning deck – feminist/Goddess/earth centered, respectful of all and following relatively traditional lines. The LWB accompanying the deck has a preface written by Amber Jayanti that gives us an interesting insight into how the deck was created. There are also the upright and reversed meanings of Major Arcana, Minor Arcana, and Major Arcana presentation that highlight the meaning of the card as well as the Hebrew letter and animal symbolism, as well as astrological and animal connections as well as the symbolism of the card, as well as the meanings of the card in reverse and upright. Two spreads are presented at the conclusion of the LWB The Four Directions spread and the Celtic Cross spread.
